PINOY KOMIKS is an initiative of emanila.com. It is all about Filipino cartoons, cartoonists, cartooning and graphic arts.

This site, together with its twin site PINOYKOMIKS.COM, hopes to provide a news and blog platform where members can post and share their thoughts and ideas about Pinoy komiks and related topics. We also have section where cartoonists and illustrators can display their works.
